This holiday season, Permata offers a 3-course Halal festive menu from 23 December 2022 available for lunch and dinner. The festive menu includes four courses, starting with a refreshing cinta mahsuri mocktail, which is a mix of fresh fruits and herbs. It is followed by a unique salad, topped with torch ginger calamansi dressing. For mains, there are two options – filet mignon made with cranberry buah keluak ginger reduction sauce, or barramundi cooked with sambal grape calamansi balado. To finish off the meal, guests get to enjoy a repertoire of desserts, including bandung bahulu, panna cotta, raspberry sorbet, red velvet crumbs, almond and tuiles.
