For a more extravagant experience, indulge in our New Year's Eve Buffet menu at $108++ for two people. It's a season of feasting and festivities, and what better way to celebrate than with the best of the best of Singaporeans and Malaysian dishes? This December, our Culinary Director, Chef Mel Dean has lined up a menu which includes the crowd's favourite Mutton Soup, Chilli Crab, Nasi Lemak, Penang Assam Laksa and more!
Enjoy highlights of our December Halal Buffet Menu which celebrates the diversity of Singapore and Malaysia's culture including Penang Assam Laksa or Mutton Soup, Roti Jala, Potato Curry, Chaat Papdi, Baked Barramundi Masala, Chargrilled Striploin with Lomak Cili Api, Chicken Tikka, Butter Naan, Satay, BBQ Tandoori Prawns, and Palak Paneer.
