Prepare to be captivated by our "Medan Bakar Sang Nila Utama: Grill Outdoor Live Station" (available for dinner buffet only). Feast your eyes on sizzling delights such as Botok Botok Barramundi, Chargrilled Striploin with Lemak Cili Padi Sauce, BBQ Prawns, Hawker BBQ Wings and Satay. Continue your gastronomic adventure at the "Sri Paduka: Hearty Dishes Station," where our signature dish, Ayam Buah Keluak Risotto, takes centre stage. A progressive take on the classic Peranakan dish, reinterpreted as in risotto is Chef Mel’s interpretation of Ayam Buah Keluak.
