From 19th - 25th July 2021, Permata Singapore presents its outdoor carving station to celebrate their very first Eid al-Adha at the historic mansion Gedung Kuning.
Permata’s Eid 2021 menu features additional items on top of their existing a-la-carte buffet menu.
This special menu for Eid 2021 starts with Nasi Koma Koma which is a luxurious spin on basmati rice that is cooked with saffron, pistachios, almonds, dates, dried peaches, raisins, and spices.
Kambing Bakar, which is a roasted leg of lamb that is marinated with special spices served with a starfruit gulai sauce, Dalcha consists of potatoes, eggplants, tomatoes, and long beans.
Singapore Muslim Chef Firdauz Nasir has created a special Kerabu Jambu Mawar with butterhead lettuce, julienne rose apples, sliced cucumbers tossed in calamansi, yogurt, almond flakes, and raisins.
Do not skip dessert this Eid 2021, and try their Suji Keseri, delicious baked semolina with cashew nuts, raisins, dried orange peel, served with cardamom syrup.
