Nasi Liwet Sunda
Traditional Sundanese rice dish simmered in coconut milk and fragrant herbs, giving it a creamy, aromatic texture, offers a comforting and authentic taste of Sundanese culinary heritage, celebrating the warmth and togetherness of shared meals.

Balinese Laklak 
Traditional pandan pancake, delicately soft and topped with fresh grated coconut and sweet palm sugar syrup . This vibrant treat captures the essence of Balinese flavors, blending simplicity with a touch of indulgence, making it a delightful snack or dessert that showcases Bali’s rich culinary heritage.

Mie Bakso
Drawing influence from Chinese cuisine, particularly in the use of meatballs (bakso), which are similar to the Chinese "meatball" tradition. Ikan Sabuko Barramundi 
A flavourful dish from Timor-Leste, featuring grilled barramundi marinated in a zesty blend of tamarind, turmeric, and lime served with fermented budu and spicy tamarind sauce that reflects the island's fresh coastal ingredients and bold, tangy flavours, embodying the heart of Timorese cuisine.

Rawon Risotto
